Stracchino di Capra

Our goat’s milk Stracchino di Capra is a slightly ripened, squared, cheese, produced exclusively with goat's milk.

It has a semi-soft, elastic, straw-coloured paste, with a thin pinkish rind. Its texture is mild and crumbly.

It is characterised by a sweet flavour, with an acidic taste that is typical of goat’s fresh cheese.
