Pecorino Pepato is an aged sheep's milk cheese, enriched with peppercorns. 

With a straw-white paste, compact but crumbly, which gets in flakes, it releases an intense and strong taste, slightly spicy due to the presence of peppercorns. 
It is precisely this spice that gives a unique aroma and guarantees an explosion of flavour on the palate when tasting this exceptional pecorino.
