Caciotta di capra bianca e stagionata

Soft, round cheese, Caciotta di Capra bianca is characterised by a white and elastic paste. It has a white. Bloomy rind due to natural mould during its aging. Its taste is light, fresh and delicate.

The Caciotta di Capra stagionata (aged type) is round in shape with a white and elastic paste. Ciresa staff brushes its rind with water and salt to give the typical pink color. Thanks to its aging, the cheese acquires a more intense flavour.

Caciotta di Capra is available in 400g format for the Bianca (white) type and 700g for the Stagionata (aged) type.
