Ricotta is made from whey collected from making other cheeses and re-cooked. Ricotta di Capra is a fresh cheese made of goat’s milk.

Ciresa goat’s milk Ricotta di Capra is realised by following the most ancient rural traditions and it is characterised by a sweet but slightly sour taste. It has a soft and crumbly texture.

Soft and creamy, it is packed in 250g trays.
