Latteria di Capra e Latteria di Capra stagionata

Entirely produced by goat’s milk, Latteria di Capra is a semi-hard cheese with a round shape.

It is available in 2 types: with smooth and straw-coloured rind and with grey-green rind. The 2 versions come from different processing and are characterised by an ivory, compact and homogenous paste (the former Bianca type) and a soft, eye-riddled paste (the latter Stagionata type). The Bianca type takes its name from its white rind.

Like every kind of goat cheese, their taste is rich, fresh and genuine, perfect for all the palates.
Both versions are available in wheels of 5 Kg.
