Blu di Capra

Blu di Capra is a Ciresa’s specialty. It is a blue cheese produced with goat’s milk.

With a compact, ivory paste, Blu di Capra has the typical grey-green veins (erborinatura), result of the maturation during aging of natural mould.
It has a strong and quite spicy taste due to its aging.

Blu di Capra is available in 4.50 Kg wheels or half wheels of 2.25 kg.
