The Nostrano butter has a more straw-yellow colour (more traditional) and it is excellent for cooking. The Mandriano butter has a whiter paste, more versatile for every kind of consumer.

To fulfil every need, Ciresa Butter is available in the following formats:
  • 25 kg or 5 kg blocks for horeca
  • 500g or 250g blocks
  • 8g mini portions for restaurants and hotels
