Fontal is a cheese produced exclusively with cow’s milk. It has a soft and elastic paste, straw-coloured, with small eyes.

Thanks to its careful processing and traditional ripening, our Fontal acquires its mild, delicate, buttery flavour and aroma. It is recognisable for its unique taste.

Available in 12.5 Kg round wheels, it can also be sliced in 3.20 Kg quarters.
