Newly-born goat’s cheese at Ciresa’s, Crescenza di Capra is a fresh soft cheese. It features a sweet and delicate flavour, with an acidic taste, which is typical of goat’s cheese.

It is delicious as it is or with with some loaves of bread or vegetables. Crescenza di Capra enriches Ciresa’s range of goat’s cheese, together with Blu di Capra and Stracchino di Capra.
