Ciresa Formaggi is proud to announce the public its new type of goat’s cheese: Blu di Capra.
Blu di Capra is a Ciresa’s delicatessen that enriches our range of goat’s cheeses.
Blu di Capra is an “erborinato” cheese (like Gorgonzola) since it features greyish-blue veins. It is produced from high quality goat’s milk, by following the old, artisanal tradition.
Upon ripening, it develops a sharp and intense flavour, with a slightly piquant, yet harmonious taste.
On the market from June 2014, Blu di Capra integrates our offer of goat’s cheese.
