The deliciousness of Ciresa’s cheeses derives from an old dairy tradition that is still used for the current production of our cheese. As far as quality is concerned, our most important company values are the perfect conservation and the genuineness of our products.

The products’ freshness and deliciousness, which can be clearly recognised from the first taste, are the result of a production process that is constantly monitored in every single step. This strict procedure provides our cheeses with a higher quality and an artisanal flavour.
Our wide selection of products, which have different curing and tastes, perfectly embodies our company principles: a perfect mix of tradition, commitment and high levels of quality/high quality levels. Indeed, Ciresa is synonymous of high quality, since the company pays great attention to comply with the high standard levels of the Made in Italy regulations.

As for quality, we are proud to announce that our company continues to meet the requirements of the IFS Food and BRCGS certifications as far as the production and distribution of cheeses are concerned. These certifications are, thus, the proof of our professionalism and care for our products.

Ciresa is also organic certified, with its new organic range of cheese.
